We have  developed what we call the OCEF partnership Ministry. This is a Ministry to the established churches who simply need to take the next steps to reaching their community for Christ. Some of these churches are about to close and others need a perspective that they just don't have yet.  Some of the churches we've worked with were about to be taken over by other groups. 

The end result of our partnership ministry  has been dynamic for the success of the mission of Christ.  We can refer you to some of the churches that have utilized this ministry.  See the history page for those we have partnered with.
